1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup corn syrup
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups instant vanilla pudding mix
2 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Combine evaporated milk, corn syrup, sugar and vanilla extract in small portion - measure 1/2 cup at a time, stirring constantly. When mixture is smooth, pour mixture into greased mold or 9-inch square pan. Stir in pecans. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares.
