4 shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 chicken breast
3 cups uncooked white pasta
1 cup tomato sauce
1 yellow onion, radish and red pepper in olive oil
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium saucepan place shrimp over medium heat. Add chicken and fry 15 minutes.
Add pasta, tomato sauce and onion. Cook 10 minutes or until pasta is tender; drain.
Stir chicken broth, lobster-style, and tomatoes together. Remove from heat and stir in spinach and salt and pepper. Cover sauce mixture.
Boil 20 minutes, scraping sauce mixture without whisking. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring each minute to prevent sticking.
