1 1/2 cups butter, room temperature
2 tablespoons Irish gelatin
1 cup heavy cream
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup sliced blueberries
1/2 pound semisweet chocolate cookie crumbs
Combine butter and gelatin in large bowl. Cut in cream until desired consistency is attained, depending on the size of the bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla until blended. Pour cream mixture into a large glass mixing bowl, and beat until smooth. Fold in blueberries, brown sugar, cocoa, sugar and crumbs. Spread mixture onto skewer of glass serving dish.
