1 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Italian seasoning
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup water
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, melt butter or margarine. Stir together flour, Italian seasoning, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, rosemary, lemon juice and beef. Bring to a boil, stirring, and then remove from heat. Stir in water, cheese and cream cheese. Pour into three 1 1 quart casserole dish or large baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
