2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil, vinegar and beef. Remove from heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in onion, cheese and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour horseradish, oregano, garlic powder, salt and salt over meat and vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
