3 (3 ounce) packages orange flavored Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup orange juice concentrate
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package white chocolate chunks
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup margarine
2 tablespoons orange zest
In a medium bowl, mix boiling water, lemon juice, orange juice concentrate and cream cheese. Stir until the mixture is thickened. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Transfer the mixture to a large saucepan and stir in orange juice concentrate, sour cream, orange juice concentrate and margarine. Cook over low heat until the mixture is thickened and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the orange zest. Drizzle the mixture over the pie.
