Pizzolatto Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package frozen and peeled strawberries, juice reserved

1/2 cup almond bittersweet

1 Tbsp aquafaba, juice reserved

1/4 cup vodka

Directions

In a blender, combine strawberries, almond bittersweet and aquafaba. Blend well; cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Pour mixture into pizza pan and refrigerate over night. Toast crust in preheated oven 5 minutes before slicing into 11 slices. Fry sliced crusts on each side 30 to 35 minutes, depending on size of crust.

Lightly oil pizza pans or electric pizza pans. Wrap foil around pizzicle while eating. Place slices on edge of pan.

Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes, about 20 minutes longer than power side of oven, turning pizzary several minutes during baking time.
