1 cup margarine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Mix together margarine, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, bread flour and cornmeal.
Place the flour mixture into a large mixer bowl. Stir in yogurt and egg. When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a non stick surface and knead until smooth. Shape into an 8 inch square.
Roll out the square using the prepared cookie cutters. Place into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25 to 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Cool completely before removing from pan.
