1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 quarts chopped pork
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons white sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup molasses
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle blueberry or plum jelly
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over bottom and 1 inch up side of pie.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and pork until smooth. Mix egg, sugar and cornstarch into cream cheese mixture. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread over whole pie by folding in jelly.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and serve frozen. Cool before serving.
