1 (11 ounce) package frozen mixed egg whites, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 3/4 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (6 ounce) can frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a large bowl, mix together white sugar, egg whites and pudding mix. Beat in lemon-lime soda and lemon juice until thoroughly combined. Allow to cool.
Roll egg rolls in hot water until fully cooked, about 5 minutes. Serve warm.
