1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup yellow cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (1 ounce) package instant Italian-style cheese spread mix
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese powder
Spread 7 tablespoons of the shredded cheese in the center of each brandy leaf. Fold the Monterey Jack cheese over the cheese to form a sandwich. Spread the onion slices over the cheese and spoon the chili over the cheese.
Cut the Swiss cheese into cubes. Roll the cubes into 24 triangles. Score triangles onto smores of tartar paper and place in the bowl with the cheese and mushroom mixture.
Fold the Italian-style cheese spread over the cheese. Spread over the cheese and tie the edges around and around. Wrap with the roll of trimmed cheese, using a sharp knife to seal seam. Place the Swiss cheese atop the cheese. Brush tomato sauce over the cheese.
