1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups butter, melted
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix milk, brown sugar, egg, and 1 1/2 cup whipped topping. Mix thoroughly. Place pie crust in ovenproof pan or shallow baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pan.
