Honey and Nuts Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup unless otherwise specified butter, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 eggs

1 cup heavy cream

3 tablespoons honey

Directions

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese and eggs until creamy. Stir in the oil, mixing just until they are completely absorbed.

Spoon the apricot mixture onto the chilled crust and cover with foil, squeezing to 1/4 of mixture into the crust. Let rest 25 to 30 minutes before serving.

I have made this numerous times as the meat is very tasty. Sometimes I even grill it over seared steak for BBQ times. I have found ways to inncrease the sauce without the need for mustard. My kids love it too- which is why I left out the mustard. I used red pepper and just about every brown thing I could think of. Quite amazeballs! !
