2/3 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons gelatin
1 pound frozen orange pudding mix
2 eggs, beaten
2 oranges, sliced
2 zucchini, sliced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Beat butter, brown sugar, gelatin and pudding mix in a small bowl. Stir into the pudding mixture and beat in eggs, orange juice and oranges. Mix carefully until well blended. Pour into pie crust and chill for at least one hour or until firm. It will curl in it's own juices and serve as is.
