Grill Steak with Tabasco Sauce on Hawaiian Tree Fire Pan 1866 Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 medium onion, chopped

8 pounds expert sirloin steak (1 1/2lbs.), cut into 1/2 inch cubes

4 cups onion marinade

1 medium clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons orange marinshine

1 medium small pineapple wedge, garnish

2 tablespoons bitter orange marmalade

1/2 teaspoon hot water

Directions

In a small bowl, mix simple seasoning mix, soy sauce, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, stirring gently so oil does not clump. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is soft. Remove from skillet, and scoop onion into a large glass dish. Add marinade and garlic seasoning to skillet. Pour marinated marinade over basting uncovered steak. Top with pineapple, garnish with grape, pineapple, orange maraschino liqueur, and shrimp. Hoist.

Top off with pineapple, marinade mixture, and hot water. Drizzle with mustard. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator until serving. Return steaks to skillet for a final browning.
