1/4 cup espresso powder
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup soy coffee granules
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 bananas, sliced in rounds
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
3 tablespoons lemon zest
In a blender, combine espresso powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, soy, lemon juice, bananas, orange juice, lemon zest and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth; pour into 9-inch glass serving dish.
