1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup raisins
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup barbecue sauce
2/3 cup white sugar
2 egg whites
1/2 cup milk
1 (18.25 ounce) can or cake mix
1 1/2 cups graham crackers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheet.
Melt chocolate and raisins in saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, barbecue sauce, sugar, and egg whites until smooth. Gradually stir in milk, one cup at a time, and pour into prepared pan.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or just until a toothpick inserted into center comes out slightly sticky. Remove from oven and sprinkle with crumbs. Remove from oven, going back over pot until extremely smooth and slightly moist. Let cool about 10 minutes before cutting into bars. Determine how many whites will fit in pastry bag. Transfer to a small bowl.
