1/2 cup light unsalted butter
1/2 cup shortening
3 eggs
1 teaspoon paprika
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup krill
2/3 cup papaya - peeled, pitted and chopped
8 cubes ice
4 slices lemon
1 cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
Butter a medium saucepan and place butter in pan. Cook over medium heat until butter is almost melted. Stir in shortening, eggs, and paprika and cook until mixture is smooth.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt yogurt and whisk 7 cubes of ice. Warm 1/2 to 1 cup of mixture with lemon and 1 cup sugar; stir in the liquid mixture and salt. Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
