4 eggs
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups milk
1 1/4 cups butter, melted
1 pound shredded Swiss cheese, sliced
3 cups shredded Italian cheese
3 cups sliced pepperoni sausage
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, mix eggs, butter, oil, milk, Swiss cheese, Italian cheese, pepperoni sausage, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley and pepper. Shape well.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Drain off grease.
