1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 eggs
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, chopped
2 pounds shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 (2 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
1 cup sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place egg yolks in a saucepan and cover water to keep from overflowing. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
Add sugar, salt, butter, 1/2 pound cheese, pineapple, mushrooms, mushrooms, and maraschino cherries. Sift all together. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
