3 pounds pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons celery seed
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, packed
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 cups cornflakes cereal
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; saute roast for 5 minutes on each side or until browned. Stir in celery seed, soy sauce, garlic, parsley, thyme, sugar, salt and oil. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
Stir roast into large mixing bowl to form packet. Make a well in center and pour wine, soy sauce, sugar and cornflakes into packet. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
When the roast is tender and the juices run clear, remove foil from zipper of a 6 quart slow cooker. Place pork in cooker, and pour sauce over all.
Cover, and cook 8 hours on medium heat.
