8 ounces classic pasta
8 ounces Italian sausage
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped onions
1 (8 ounce) package cottage cheese
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and reserve. Drain pasta and cook to desired doneness.
Meanwhile in a large skillet, saute sausage in water over medium-high heat.
While you stir pasta, add sausage, onion, cottage cheese and milk; stir together and serve together.
