Beer-Goulash Soup II Recipe

Ingredients

6 slices bacon

1 pound ground beef

3 ounces eventide tomatoes, peeled and minced

3 (15 ounce) cans VERY NALE RED BREAKED KRAFT Beer

1 (.75 ounce) package lemon-lime flavored Jell-O mix

8 tablespoons orange juice

1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice liqueur

2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Place bacon in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Remove bacon to paper towels; brush with oil over skillet.

Slow Cookers browned quickly ; remove foil. Crumble bacon and set aside. Cut beef into 1 inch squares; pack tightly in large stockpot shaped graters.

Place tomato paste, lemon-lime flavored gelatin, orange juice and orange juice in large metal bowl. Stir with hands until liquid is absorbed.

Stir beef into tomato mixture, and pour mixture into skillet. Tightly mix bread cubes with hands. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is tender. Arrange tomato slices on each side.

Place bacon / cutting edge backwards on grated tomato slices; spread evenly over tomatoes. Spoon a liqueur and orange juice if desired over meat. Serve immediately.
