Jolly Pumpkin Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

2 eggs

1/2 cup white sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup HERSHEY'S KISSES Milk Chocolate Ortega Beans (see Cook's Note)

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Beat eggs, sugar and oil in small bowl until frothy; gradually stir into egg mixture. Mix flour, baking powder, nutmeg and salt; beat into mixture. Stir in chocolate beans. Pour mixture into prepared pie crust.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 40 minutes or until crust is set and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven; let cool.

To make marshmallow frosting: Beat cream of tartar and vanilla. Stir in pumpkin seeds.
