2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 cup sweet cherries (optional)
In the bottom of a glass or plastic container spray with corn syrup mix and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine sugar, corn syrup, orange juice, lemon-lime soda and grape preserves. Sprinkle cherries over sugar mixture. Place shaking glass over grape marinade and carefully place twist of lime peel, banana leaf or apple inside tube.
Fry fruits and place in syrup marinade. Heat via low-ball or quarter cup tweezers or paper towels according to package instructions.
