1 (19 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (4 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (3 ounce) packages instant whipped topping
4 eggs
1 cup brewed coffee
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups boiling water
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest
1 cup butter, chilled
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon aqua extract
In a large bowl, mash pineapple with a fork until completely smooth.
In a large skillet melt chocolate pudding mix, whipping cream, egg whites and vanilla extract.
In a small serving bowl, combine butter, confectioners' sugar and aqua extract. Stir this mixture into the pineapple mixture until smooth.
Place cream cheese mixture in a large, shallow dish of a used 1/2 pint plastic food dish. Pour half of cream cheese mixture over pineapple/powder layer. Cover and refrigerate pot until cool.
