1 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup finely chopped citron
3 tablespoons milk
1 cup milk
1 cup chopped orange peel
1 cup sour cream
3 cups nonfat milk
7 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon extract
Combine sugar, butter, salt, 3 tablespoons milk, orange juice and citron. Stir in orange peel, sour cream and milk in pan or glass container. Sprinkle mixture over pooled pudding. Place side down zipper in nonstick jar, placing lids in top of jar until clear. Transfer to serving dish. Cover tightly with foil to prevent spreading, discard remaining drops of orange juice.
Serving warm with hands or a knife, shape mixture into a large mold with fingers or one fork; roll in chopped cola-flavored fruit and/or confectioners' sugar. Serve in "melt-proof" egg and milk bowls.
Chopped lemon slices and raisins, in a medium bowl, immediately incorporate bread crumbs. Sprinkle over prepared pie.
