1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried sage
3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13 inch pan with vegetable oil spray.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken for about 5 minutes, or until good brown. Remove from skillet and cut each breast into 1/4 inch strips. Place chicken strips in the pan and place on a rack to cool.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small metal bowl. Place chicken strips in pan and heat to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Bake chicken for about 30 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
