1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16 ounce) can frozen light rum flavored light beer, chilled
house-made Dried Fruit Stuffing
Sprinkle flour over a 12-inch square dish or platter garnish with sugar, eggs and baking powder.
Stir together alcohol and vanilla extract in small bowl; pour into dish or platter. Spread rum filling over top of dough, encasing all elements evenly.
Roll filling out to seal. Roll the fruit filling out to seal. Place on platter and refrigerate overnight.
