1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
12 large florets
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 cup grated celery
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
7 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Toss chicken with butter, and sprinkle with flour. Place strips of bread on the bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over chicken. Place pepperjack cheese over chicken. Brush sprayed side with egg white. Sprinkle remaining strips of bread on top of chicken.
Bake 40 minutes in the preheated oven, turning chicken every 10 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Discard remaining bread, celery and tomato paste. Sprinkle shredded chicken with Worcestershire sauce.
Bake uncovered 20 minutes, or until bubbly and chicken is overcooked and juices run clear.
