1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 pounds bell peppers, seeded and chopped
1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, olive oil, bell peppers, tomato paste, onion, celery, mayonnaise and vinegar. Mix thoroughly.
Place bell peppers on a large baking sheet. Brush with the sauce mixture.
Place bell peppers on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until tender.
