1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup white sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup baking powder
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
4 slices processed American cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9x5 inch loaf pans. Brush margarine on the centers of the prepared pans.
In a large bowl, cream together the brown sugar, eggs, oil, salt and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Mix in margarine, brown sugar mixture. Fold 1/2 cup of the dough into the sauce mixture. Cover the loaves tightly and cut out as many as you like.
Stir 1 cup margarine mixture into the flour mixture with the juice of one can of lemonade. Pour the remaining mixture over the loaves. Spread slices of processed cheese over the bottom of the loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the loaf comes out clean.
