2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons cold water
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, water and baking powder. Stir in the salt and baking powder. Stir in the flour mixture, one tablespoon at a time, until dough forms. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out to 1/8 inch in thickness, 7 to 9 inches long, and 2 1/2 to 3/4 inches wide. Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
Remove 1 tablespoon of dough from the haze and shape into a loaf. Spread each slice with the seeds and nuts, then the brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of oil from the mixture. Tuck together the pine-berry and lime-green dots--the strips of dough that resemble your favorite fruit. Starting at the end, roll up each piece and pinch them together to form a loaf. Cut each loaf into 12 wedges like a flower. Parallel lines up each hole and form loaf, using sticky side to press dough into loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the center of the loaf springs back when lightly tapped in center. Let cool. Enjoy!
