1 (18 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese, flour and baking soda. Stir in milk, butter and cheese. Mix together. Spread mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
