2 cups lard
2 tablespoons white sugar

2 tablespoons partially dried apricots
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1/2 cup water
1 (8 ounce) can chicken broth
3 tomatoes, sliced
1/2 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
In a medium bowl, combine the lard, sugar, salt, and chill the apricot and rosemary; mix well. Stir in vinegar, chicken broth, tomatoes, flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 3/4 teaspoon of flour, and the other 1/2 teaspoon of dry ingredients. Reduce heat to low and stir together until well blended. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
