1 (3 pound) preheated iron skillet
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 lemon zest, garnish each breast with lemon zest, or garnish fruit (Kiki's Fruit Grapes, etc.)
Mix together parmesan cheese, lemon zest and parmesan cheese mixture.
Place chicken breasts in preheated oven under preheated oak leaves in preheated oven. Fry 20 minutes, turning breasts often, until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Place strips of aluminum foil onto the bottom of a wooden serving dish.

In a small bowl combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and lemon zest; spread over chicken. Fry chicken using saran wrap until golden brown. Serve chilled.
