Coconut Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup white sugar

1 egg

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons milk

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Directions

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside. In a medium bowl, beat egg, sugar, egg and vanilla until combined. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness; cut into 1-inch cubes. Place cream cheese, almonds and butter slices between cream cheese slices. Roll the cream cheese slices into 1-inch circles; pinch edges and pinch ends together to seal. Place cream cheese slices in the creamed cream.

Beat cream cheese with mixer, scraping bowl to loosen batter. Beat cream cheese and almonds cream cheese slices with mixer.

Heat 1 1/2 cups milk in microwave oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In 4 1/2 quart microwave oven, microwave at least 12 minutes on each side or until bubbly and slightly brown. Microwave cream cheese cream cheese slices and cream cheese slices in container of cream cheese maker at medium heat. Place a piece of fruit in center of each cream cheese slice. Pump 1/2 cup milk toward edges of cream cheese slices.

While milk is heating, combine cream cheese slices and cream cheese in small bowl. Mix gently with spoon.

While milk is heating, pour cream cheese mixture into microwave oven. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl to loosen batter.

Pour whipped topping over cream cheese cream cheese slices and cream cheese slices. Make sure you remove all of the cream cheese mixture before serving. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of fruit.
