1 fluid ounce drink vanilla vodka
1 fluid ounce triple sec liqueur
1 fluid ounce frozen limeade concentrate
2 fluid ounces cranberry juice
2 fluid ounces cranberry liqueur
3 fluid ounces apple cider
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger orange juice
2 shots espresso coffee
Fill a large slow cooker with water. Place in slow cooker. Add pineapple juice. Pour hot water through a strainer into the cooker; drain.
Return the pineapple and orange juice to the cooker; add fruit juice and cranberry liqueur. Pour into the cooker. Cover with orange peel. Cover and cook 2 hours. Remove lid.
Remove lid from the cooker and allow to steam for 10 hours. Remove lid to cool. Drain any remaining sugar or gelatin from the pineapple juice and orange juice. Strain pineapple pulp and pineapple into a separate bowl and then into a separate container.
Melt triple sec liqueur in a large glass or metal bowl over ice. Add ice cubes. Shake vigorously to coat.
Stir cranberry juice into the juice mixture, varying as needed. Serve with a slice of lemon for garnish. Garnish any remaining ice cubes with lemon drops, if desired.
