1 pound ground ham
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (2.25 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, divided
2 (10 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cut ham into 1/4inch slices. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes with green chile peppers and mushrooms. Form the mixture into patties.
Place patties in preheated oven for 20 minutes; brush with remaining 1 tablespoon of the ham mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until patties are uncovered. Remove patties from oven and brush with egg mixture. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes more, or until cheese is bubbly and bubbly.
