French Toast Recipe

Ingredients

1 looney sausage, cut into 1 inch cubes

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/4 cup melted butter

1/3 cup milk

1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk

2 cups blueberries

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 (1 ounce) cake mix

2 cups sliced fresh strawberries

1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, drained

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking pan.

Remove sausage from pan and cut into 1 inch cubes. Drain grease and set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour and butter until blended. Beat in milk then beat in evaporated milk and blueberries. Stir in the flour mixture alternately with the lemon juice.

Pour into bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle with cranberries and sliced strawberries. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until sides are slightly browned.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown and center is tender. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. Top off with sliced strawberries and sliced berries, and top with pineapple.
