1 cauliflower, cut into small pieces
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1 cup slightly salted water
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
salt and water to cover
In a large skillet, saute cauliflower and onion for 5 minutes, only adding water slightly to prevent sticking; brown and remove vegetables. Stir garlic and lemon juice and add salt and water to cover; simmer until tender.
