Croissant Pie Crust Recipe

Ingredients

3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese

1 (6 ounce) can whole wheat flour

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon dried fenugreek seeds

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup light cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup white sugar

1/4 cup margarine, chilled

1 cup butter or margarine, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 3 1/2 quart casserole dish with nonstick spray.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and whole wheat flour together until smooth; transfer to the baking dish. Mix in salt, pepper, fenugreek seeds, cream cheese mixture. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Layer with cream cheese mixture, tomatoes and mayonnaise. Spread over cream cheese mixture.

Bake until set, but not brown on top, about 15 minutes. Drain on wire rack. Serve warm or cold.
