2 tablespoons grapeseed wine
4 cups yellow squash
2 cups fresh mango - peeled, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch slices
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon nonfat milk
2 tablespoons table salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon malt vinegar
In a large bowl, mix grapeseed wine, yellow squash, mango and oil. Stir in milk, sugar, salt, pepper and malt vinegar. Store in the refrigerator.
Very tasty! I will try adding mango later on and see if it can be beaten with a bit of lime and even avocados.
