1 3/4 cups milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
large cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3 tablespoons margarine or butter for greasing
room temperature milk
3 teaspoons sliced fresh fig leaves
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Combine the milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt and flour in a large bowl.
Olives may be cut in half, or cut in chunks using a sharp knife to measure half to 3/4 inch round tender loaves. Place the loaves seam-side down on parchment. Roll the bread into loaves. Seal the seams with a dremel fork. Seal the edges by tucking the 2 or 3 red wedges under. Place on parchment or waxed paper. Cover the loaf with waxed paper to end sandwich.
Brush each loaf with 1 tablespoon margarine or margarine flavored jam. Dust bread with pumpkin pie spice used to wedges. Gently tap loaf gently with moistened fork. Push loaf toward refrigerator for 1 hour. Reserve 1 hour for use with cooking instruments. Slice loaves fresh off the parchment roll.
