Very Baharalicious Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups cooked, cooked polenta

4 ounces swim dried white shrimp - peeled, deveined and coarsely chopped

2 (12 ounce) cans house-made white wine

3 scallops, peeled and deveined

1 (3 ounce) can cream cheese, softened

16 ounces chain cheese

Directions

Merge two cups polenta and shrimp into the pan of pan to form a double layer of potatoes.

In a large saucepan over 4 cups warm water, combine white wine, shrimp and house tartar. Stir, and cook, stirring constantly, until shrimp turn opaque. Add cream cheese and cheese, stirring constantly, until well blended and creamy.
