1 large carrot, sliced
2 large onions, sliced
2 cups smoked sausage
2 tablespoons dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup with milk
1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place carrot in a large bowl. Sprinkle with onion and sausage. Coat well with meat mixture.
Place in oven with tomato soup, corn and mushrooms. Place over a medium skillet. Cook over high heat for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Bake 500 to 600 minutes, or until internal meat temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
