3 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup frozen chopped pecans, thawed
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
Beat together the eggs, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract and brown sugar until well blended. Mix the flour, white sugar, baking soda and brown sugar together, spread butter on one half of the cookie sheet and spread brown sugar on the other half. Press the dough into the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Make a depression in the center of each cookie and roll the cookie out with a wooden toothpick. Place onto the cookie sheet.
Bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Let Cool completely before removing from the cookie sheet. Cut into any shape and store in an airtight container.
