1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup boiling water
1 cup coffee flavored liqueur
4 fluid ounces grenadine syrup
In a small saucepan or the same glass in which you were preparing the lemon flavored jell-o mix, boil boiling water and pour in the lemon flavored liqueur. allow to quickly dissolve and serve at room temperature.
In a large bowl, beat brown sugar, evaporated milk and lemon flavored liqueur. stir until well blended. Stir in gelatin and continue to beat until gelatin dissolves. Pour into glasses and serve.
