If I could give more stars, I would! This recipe is by far the easiest appetizer I have ever made. I like being able to control the spice in it too. I used New Zealand Red chili powder and added a squeeze of fresh squeezed lemon. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil and used the fat-free Drano. I took a packet of Greek Pasta and added it to the brownies. Really good and very easy to make.

I really liked this and feel free to use it whenever I need a hearty, veggie-forward lunch. I don't usually make the au jus, but it would have been nice if there was a store-bought version available. I used the fresh package for this and it was great; all that trouble I went through to get it home made was well worth it--scrumptious, nutritious, and delicious!
