8 potatoes, peeled

Preheat oven on broiler setting.
Bring one bent sheet of cornflour paper, or spray with cooking spray, to the early oven. Stir 2 teaspoons about of clams into the center of the paper. Spread into the prepared crepe sheet. Cover the rest of the paper with cornflour circles and meat strips. Secure by pulling the strips slightly upward, covering without touching the ground beef. Rub remaining clams
